NIA/Citizens of the World After-School Program

The NIA/Citizens of the World Charter School-Crown Heights offers students a diverse cultural experience that combines learning and fun. Students held their first annual Cultural Festival this year, studied circus arts, gave presentations of two of their favorite countries (China and Canada), and visited the local branch of the Brooklyn Public Library to learn more about the resources and activities available to them.

NIA/Citizens of the World offers homework help, Spanish, art, music, dance and physical education to Kindergarten, 1st and 2nd graders at Citizens of the World Charter School-Crown Heights. Our fee-based program runs Monday through Thursday from 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM and Friday from 1:30 PM – 6:00 PM.

We are located at 791 Empire Boulevard, Brooklyn, on the 4th floor. If you’d like to register your child for the NIA/CWC program, please contact Jibrail Nor at Jibrail.nor@cwc-newyork.org or by phone at (347) 628-8263.
