NIA’s Read Out Loud Campaign will raise funds to strengthen our literacy programs in over 40 New York City public schools and impact over 5,000 students. We focus on closing the learning gap for struggling readers through after-school programming that inspires a love of reading while building vocabulary, literacy, and social-emotional skills. Throughout this campaign, we will host a series of virtual and in-person author visits and book giveaways for our students - all designed to inspire joy and spark excitement around reading.
